Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to all apps, websites, and related services provided under the MingLabs name. By downloading, accessing, or using a MingLabs product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
License to use the apps
MingLabs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms, the applicable App Store rules, and any usage rules associated with your Apple account.
Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement applies, it forms part of the license for the app.
Your content and local processing
You retain ownership of photos, videos, messages, presets, projects, and other content you use or create. MingLabs apps process that content locally and do not receive it. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use your content and for keeping any backups you need.
Device permissions
Some features need access to protected device resources such as photos or the camera. You choose whether to grant that access and can revoke it in system settings. A feature may not work when its necessary permission is disabled.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions offered through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by the terms shown at purchase and Apple’s applicable policies. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use a MingLabs product to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or harm others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the product or its security, or bypass technical restrictions. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer a product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Tools that edit, mask, display, or generate content do not give you rights to third-party material. You remain responsible for how you use and share your output.
MingLabs content and ownership
The apps, website, design, code, branding, documentation, and included materials are owned by MingLabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the products, not ownership of them.
Updates and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features or products. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued use. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device, operating-system version, or region.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingLabs products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of local content. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business arising from use of a product. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using a product at any time. Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new date.
