Privacy policy

Your work stays on your device.

The short version: MingLabs apps collect no data, upload no content, and do not track you.

01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by MingLabs, including LiveCollage, iDCall, and SafeShare, as well as the MingLabs website at minglabs.app. If a future product needs different data practices, we will explain them before that product collects any data.

02

Our apps collect no data

MingLabs apps do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data, usage data, device identifiers, photos, videos, messages, contacts, or other user content. The apps do not require a MingLabs account and do not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

03

On-device processing and permissions

App features process your content locally on your device. When an app asks for access to photos, the camera, or another protected system resource, access is used only to perform the feature you requested. Granting a system permission does not send that content to MingLabs. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

04

Local storage, retention, and deletion

Projects, settings, presets, and generated files may be stored locally by the app or saved by you to system storage. MingLabs cannot access or recover this local data. You control it through the app and your device; you can remove it by deleting the relevant content or uninstalling the app.

Device or cloud backups are controlled by your operating system, platform provider, and backup settings. Because MingLabs does not receive app data, we have no app data to retain or delete on our servers.

05

No app tracking or data sharing

MingLabs apps do not track you across apps or websites, create advertising profiles, or disclose app data to data brokers, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties. There is no app data sale or sharing because our apps do not collect that data.

06

Apple and platform services

Apple may independently process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, subscriptions, crash diagnostics, or other platform services according to your settings and Apple’s own policies. MingLabs does not control Apple’s processing. App Store payments are handled by Apple; MingLabs does not receive your payment card details.

07

Website privacy

The MingLabs website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic and website performance. Cloudflare automatically injects a JavaScript beacon that measures page views and performance data and sends those measurements to Cloudflare. MingLabs does not use this data for advertising or cross-site tracking, and the website does not use marketing pixels, accounts, or marketing cookies.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Because the website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may also process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser details under its own privacy practices.

08

Email and support

If you contact [email protected], you voluntarily provide the address, message, and attachments you send. Our email providers process that information to deliver and answer your request. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to any required legal retention. Do not send sensitive media, passwords, or account credentials.

09

Children’s privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal data from children or anyone else. If you believe information was sent to us through a support email by mistake, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our products or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected]. Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026.
